Co-Founder & Managing Director, Aussan India
Sandeep has over 25 years of global experience across IT, agriculture, food processing, power, fintech, and AI. A proven startup specialist and strategist, he has raised over $250 million worldwide and turned multiple ventures into profitable businesses. Currently leading Aussan Laboratories India, he drives international expansion, pioneering organic farming innovations and shelf-life enhancement solutions that make sustainable agriculture commercially viable.
Toby Watson
Co-Founder & Managing Director, Aussan Australia
Toby leads Aussan's growth strategy, new product development, and international expansion. Before joining in 2022, he spent 15 years at Wesfarmers, holding senior leadership roles at Officeworks and Bunnings, where he managed multi-billion-dollar divisions and served on the Officeworks board. He brings deep expertise in scaling operations, commercial strategy, and retail innovation.
Robert Watson
Co-Founder
With over 50 years of business leadership, Robert has built and managed multiple successful enterprises across Australia and the U.S. He founded Australia's largest oil and chemical spill clean-up manufacturer, growing it into a $50M business before selling to a U.S. multinational. A pioneer in organic-based solutions since the 1990s, Robert co-developed Aussan disinfectants and CropBioLife, bridging science, sustainability, and market innovation.
Kevin Joyce
Co-Founder
Kevin co-founded Aussan Laboratories in 2009, driving product development and global commercialization. His expertise in organic chemistry and agriculture positioned CropBioLife as a certified organic solution in five countries, including the U.S. Through extensive trials and certifications, Kevin has been central in advancing sustainable agriculture and food security worldwide.
